Returns and Refunds – Biridama TCG
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European Union legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform us of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email to geral@biridama.pt).
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Opened Products
Trading card products (such as booster packs or boxes) cannot be returned once unsealed, unless defective.
This does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.
How to Request a Return
The customer must contact us with the order number and details of the request.
Return instructions will be provided after confirmation. Items must not be returned without prior authorization.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The initial delivery costs will be reimbursed up to the cost of the standard delivery option, except where the return is due to the consumer’s choice (e.g., partial returns or optional services).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos.
The issue will be resolved at no additional cost to the customer.
Lost Shipments
We are responsible for the order until it is delivered to the customer.
If your order is lost during transport, please contact us so we can resolve the issue with the courier.
