Processing Times

Orders for in-stock items are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Preorders will be shipped as soon as the products become available in stock.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery within Portugal: 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery within the European Union: 3–10 business days.
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the order.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Insurance

All orders include insurance coverage up to €3,000.
We are responsible for the order until it is delivered to the customer. In the event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the courier.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
Delays caused by customs procedures are beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete at the time of purchase.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delays or delivery failure may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the situation, but we cannot guarantee successful delivery in such cases.
