1. Preorder Cancellations
Preorders may be canceled at any time before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, it becomes subject to the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
Cancellation requests before processing may be subject to administrative costs where applicable.
2. Stock and Listing Errors
While we strive for accuracy, stock discrepancies and listing errors (e.g., incorrect price, quantity, description, or product image) may occur.
We reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times for in-stock items are usually 1–2 business days.
For preorders, by placing an order you acknowledge that delays may occur due to distribution or supplier issues. Resolution for late delivery may only be requested after a reasonable waiting period.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it may be returned in accordance with the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
4. Invoices
If you require an invoice with personal or business details (Name, Address, TAX information), this information must be provided before or immediately after payment.
Due to Portuguese tax law, intra-Community EU B2B sales must be processed differently from consumer sales. No changes can be made after shipping.
5. Product Condition
Sealed products may have minor imperfections due to mass production or handling.
If you require a product in perfect collectible condition, please request this before or immediately after placing your order.
6. Shipping Schedule
No shipping is carried out on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the next business day.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with applicable law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform us of their decision by email.
The product must be returned in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
Opened trading card products (such as booster packs or boxes) cannot be returned once unsealed, unless defective.
This does not affect the consumer’s legal rights.
8. Liability
We are responsible for the order until it is delivered to the customer.
If the package is lost or damaged during transport, the customer should contact us so we can resolve the issue with the courier.
Delivery delays caused by third parties may occur, but we will always assist in resolving any issues.
All orders include insurance coverage up to €3,000.
9. Prices, Taxes, and Payments
All prices are in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
10. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.
