Are your products original and sealed?

Yes! We only sell 100% authentic, factory-sealed products sourced directly from official Pokémon Company distributors.

How do pre-orders work?

When a new product is announced, you can secure your product through pre-order and receive it as soon as it is officially released.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged during shipping, our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund according to our return policy.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some products are restocked when possible, but many sets, especially older ones, will not return once sold out.

Do you ship with insurance?

Yes. All high-value orders are shipped with insurance to protect your investment during transit.

What payment methods do you accept?
